ATAGI has recommended the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 6 months to under 5 years who are severely immunocompromised or have a disability, as well as those with complex and/or multiple health conditions, increase their risk of severe COVID-19.

An additional booster dose, known as the fourth dose, is now available to people 30 years and older. This may be a fifth dose for some people.
