Online: You can schedule your appointment at any time using our new online booking system. Access it here or download the AMS Connect mobile app from the App Store or Apps on Google Play. You can also find it on the Meet your health professionals page.
Cancellations and fees: Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to change/cancel your appointment. If you miss your appointment a $25 fee is payable upon re-booking.

If you believe the matter is urgent or serious, please tell our receptionist immediately. Experienced receptionists and registered nurses are also ready to help you in the first instance.
