QSMC Nurses have made a pledge to GO PINK!

Did you know that every day 57 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 people lose their lives to this disease? That's a total of over 3200 Australian's that die from breast cancer every year.
This June, the Queen Street Medical Centre nurses have made a pledge to WEAR IT and COLOUR IT pink for Australians impacted by breast cancer. We are doing this to raise funds for world-class breast cancer research to help National Breast Cancer Foundation towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer. The funds will help research to better uderstand how to prevent, detect, treat and stop breast cancer and ultimately SAVE LIVES!
