    To be courteous and polite.

    To show consideration and respect towards our practice team, other patients and visitors.

    To keep children under control at all times.
  • •
    To respect the dignity and privacy of other patients.

    Not to smoke, consume alcohol or illicit drugs on the premises or grounds.
Aggressive and violent behaviour to any member of our practice team will not be tolerated - this includes verbal, physical or psychological abuse either in person or via the telephone.
Queen Street Medical Centre reserves its rights to take any action which may be necessary to prevent any disruption to any persons. Entering Queen Street Medical Centre practices at Moruya or Broulee patients and visitors accept this Code of Conduct.
